NPoints Issue Please Help, TIA x

I am having great difficulty with obtaining my NPoints which i have purchased. i have created a new NTT account and went ahead, purchased the 20EUR NPoints option, went through PayPal all good and confirmed(Pending). it has been some time now and still my Paypal balance is still showing the same balance and on the NTT panal there is no sign of any NPoints nor is there any History of the apparent purchase...

2nd Issue is, On the panal it states that within the first month of use my account is limited to 20EUR or 28USD purchase limit. this makes no sense at all. for one as i did i used the 20EUR option to purchase the relevant Npoints and found just after that i need another 500+ Npoints to be able to buy Platinum Premium... whereas ifi had chosen the 28USD option i would have had more than enough points to get this premium...... this is highly unfair and i wish to be allowed to purchase more NPoints to be able to get the PLATINUM PREMIUM which is obviously the one to go for when at low level (giving 400% exp increase for lvl 1 - 50.

Please can you look into this issue for me, it will be highly appreciated and respected

1. It`s up to 72 h for PP payments to be processed,

2. You are not able to buy plat prem for nethier 20 euro or 28 usd. For plat prem you need 2796 Npoints and for 20 Euro you can get 1680 Npoints, for 28 usd you can get 2240.

Also you might try if thats possible in your country PSC and ESN codes
