OTP is giving me a hard time. Help pls

I try to make a new account to play KO again, and everytime i download and install OTP/ICS, i try to open the program and it keeps saying

" System Error &H80040111 (-2147221231). ClassFactory cannot supply requested class.

How am i suppose to play when OTP keeps giving me errors like this.. lol

ok i fixed that, OTP is up and running, but now where it says Knight ICS Service not Active, i try activating it, and every single thing/code i try does not work. What the hell goes there?

You have to activate settings at ICS OTP Website http://otp.nttgame.com/
not at NTT Website http://www.nttgame.com/en/account/game_services

Login with your account ID and password at http://otp.nttgame.com/


Go MyICS and select activation setting:

i fixed OTP/ICS, but now i cant register my phone number on my account to use merchant or trade.. Its saying i need npoints in order to do that and i clicked cancel because i have no points, Now i cant click verify at all when trying. Help?

You need to purchase npoints to your account, after apply you can do sms verify to activate trade and merchant features ingame. Both services, ICS OTP and SMS Verify need send sms to your phone and that worths 5 npoints each message.

you have to pay to trade in the game? seriously? So you have to pay 7 dollars USD to be able to even trade in the game. How greedy can you people get?

so can you tell me which Npoints is instant? i know some of them arent instantly approved and moved to my account. At least thats how it used to be.

watch my mouth? how is callign turkey people racist against the rules? lol they wont sell to american people.. so im forced to wait the 72 hours on paypal and limited to only 28 a month because its my first payment on this account.
