Account status: Stolen item

Hello there,

i already made some tickets about this but they seem to not understand my problem.

My account has the status: stolen item but i don't even understand what they mean by that.
If you purchase an item in moradon is that stealing an item?
My account has this status for some time now, i was sow frustrated by this i decided to not play anymore.
But then i felt like playing again, and i noticed my characters on other servers are alsoo on that account.

Sow i asked to unblock it for the simple reason that i did not steal anything.
If you think i did then just delete the ID number of the item that was "stolen".

i've Always paid my premium nice and fair like a good member purchased numerous of things from pus.
And then one day all of the sudden my account says stolen item after doing a trade that consisted out of items in moradon.

If that's logic then you should alsoo block all buyers from bynogame.

I just want to be able to log my characters again.
Please help.
