    I lost my cellphone number and need authcode & ID

    14 days ago, i lost my cellphone and i need my authcode and ID please help me.
    I post tickets in support but the staff need dates and y dont remember it.
    I have another cellphone but is of other company. I need change number of OTP.

    The staff dosn`t help me :/ but they say me "U don`t have all information" n i don`t remember that information. :S
