    Cant change my email

    Dear NTTGame,

    My email has been deleted linked to this NTT account. It was a @live.nl email account wich is not supported anymore by microsoft.
    Iv send 2 support tickets already but the automatic response system keeps asking me about my account registration date.

    This is something I would have to look up in my email because I have no clue when I registered the acc.
    What iv done so far
    - Provide u with proof that I made money transfers on this account for NTT cash
    - My date of birth linked to this account
    - The email it used to be registered to and the reason why I cant acces this email anymore.
    - I can even give answer to the secret question If u would give me the option.

    I wish the email to be changed so that I can use OTP and secure my account.
    Hope I can get some human attention through the forums and get this problem solved

    I keep getting the message that my registration date isnt correct but im unable to retrieve that information because i would have to look it up in the email that im unable to get acces to.

    The email account my KO account is linked to was made only for KO purpose and when i went inactive from KO so did my email account and got deleted.

    Im kinda in a situation where a automatic generated answer wont find a solution for me.
