Cant reset my password

i just wanted to come back to the game after like 7 month's i didnt play and i try to reset my password bacause i forgot.
when i send to reset my password by mail it send some verification mail to me and when i press "Verify"
its saies "Your key is invalid"
i was activce player with good items on my character.
who can help me to bring my character back?
what should i do?.
