I have changed my phone number and i cant change my ICS telephone number because my old phone number is closed and i cant get any more messages. When i try to login to my ics account it always wants to send a new Authentic Code to my old number and my AnyOTP isnt working.
I have wrote a ticket but i still cant login.
here is my ticket number please help me i cant login since 18.09.2015 .

Did you check if you received an answer on your ticket by now?
Customer support department should be able to get your registered phone number changed to a new one if you can answer on few questions
they'll ask you in order to verify your ownership over the account you submitted a ticket about.
