Mobile Phone number issue

Hi there friends, I am having a little issue when it comes to registering my phone number on the ICS website. I put my number in and they send me the code, but it wont let me put the code in the box. I get an error that says something like "failed to use virtual phone number". I can't figure it out. I have tried different browsers/devices but same issue. It sends me the code, I just cant put it in the box. Thank you for your time.

Click inside but put the digits starting from in front of the box.

My issue is I cant click into the box at all, or around it, it wont let me. The box is like locked or something.
