Paypal and Npoints Problem Please Help.

About 7 days ago I went and ordered Npoints on the Knightonline site.
it says I have to wait upto 72 Hours to get my Npoints.

But its been 7 days and no Npoints and nothing has been taken from my Paypal Account.
So I went and tried again still the same problem.

I have money in my paypal account but for some reason they don't seem to want my money.

I don't realy want to go jumping through hoops to get these Npoints.

Can anyone advise me on what this problem could be.

How old is your account? Did you try use other browser?

its a new account, about 1-2 weeks old.
