My account has been hacked...

Logged in last week to find my old level 78 character was without the not so uber but adequate gear I once upon a time worked hard and legitimately in game to acquire. They apparently purchased premium on the account and were able to figure out how to unseal my gear as well. Last time I had a look was probably a few months ago and everything was still intact. My e-mail account associated with it is secure and untouched so I can't say how they gained access to an account I've barely touched in the last couple of years. If some official could have a look and investigate I'd appreciate it. I have placed tickets for the hacking and for an OTP issue and will provide the Ticket IDs on request.

You have to submit ticket to customer support department NTT Portal>Hacked accounts. To submit ticket you need npoints on the account. I can suggest change your password and make ICS OTP active.

Thanks to all for the response and assistance provided.
I just finished working with customer support and that's pretty much as addressed as it's going to be. Fortunately, I'm not active on this account anymore so I'll just chalk it up to just one of those things that never happened in 10 years and suddenly does with little explanation right after a two or three year break.
The account is more secure now so there is that...

Hey silent, Destruktor here, the exact same scenario happend to me. still no word on whether il be restored or not. the hacker delvled me from 81 to 80 aswell.
hope u and i can chill in arena again sometime.
