    Exclamation Just trying to support a friend of mine... Can anyone please answer?

    Well, a friend of mine went throgh a problem with his OTP last weekend.
    He had the OTP on his cellphone and for some reason, he decided to format his phone. So needless to say, he lost his OTP.
    He was aware about that but was pretty confident cause usually, someone can reset the OTP using the website.


    Well, he is from Brazil and recently, the government on his state decided to ADD an extra digit to all the cellphones numbers. Before, all the numbers were composed by 8 digits. Now they added the digit 9 before each number.


    So bottom line: Although the website says they sent him a message with a code for reseting the OTP, he can't get it cause his from number was modified by the new policy in the country.


    He told me he sent a ticket last weekend but so far it was not answered yet. I know it can take a few days, but he was really upset about not being able to play and asked me to write this threat for him.


    According to him, the ticket he wrote is #74639080. It was sent on the 1st of May.

    Aky, thanks for your fast repply.

    Actually this friend is not so familiar with the ticket system and forum.

    I tried to instruct him on how to open the ticket and relate it to the OTP. But he might have forgoten about some important information and maybe that's why he still didn't have any answer. Usually all the tickets regarding OTP are answered pretty fast.

    I also suspected that the ticket # is incorrect.

    Anyway, I sent him a message tonight and I hope he can be in touch with you as soon possible.

    LoL, I knew the ticket number he gave me was wrong but now on his message, we can clearly see it I'm just not sure if it's ok for him to post the ticket here. But I see no confidential information, so I believe he is OK.


    Just a heads up on his number:

    xxxxx

    (Brazil code*) (Region code in Brazil) (new digit) (previous cell number)


    So the number he has registered on otp was mentioned by him on his message... and also the number he needs. I believe the +55 code is automatic as you mention on OTP site your phone is from Brazil...

    I also asked him to provide on te ticket the regular answers for the question they always make:
    Registration date, birthday and codes for Npoints bought at PUS...


    I hope u can see them all at the ticket.

    Once again, I aprreciate for your help. Always supportive and friendly.


    By the way, another friend of mine had a similar problem. He is from my clan in Ephesus.
    He had his cellphone stollen and he lost also the OTP with it. Unfortunatelly he couldn't recover his phone number.



    His ticket number is YMR-279-74467. He just updated the ticket with his birthdate and transactions numbers.
