ICS/OTP Mobile Authenication Verification Code Not Received

Hello,
i am playing in Gordion Server, i activated OTP for my account. i have two accounts i registered same number for both numbers
so when i registered otp for my second account i re-installed ANYOTP software, now when i tried to log for my first account, i cant as i need to get the OTP Authentication code again.

i login to ICS website and they asked me to enter verification code. i clicked the send button so many times but i didn't received my code on registered number

its been two weeks now since i submitted the ticket
no reply from CS
can any GM pls look into the issue??
