Missing coins restorations !!!

I'm a good customer, a good player. I bought a lot of Npoints, but i think players are not important to NTTGAME.
I openned two tickets and dont have answers. I and all members of my clan, are leaving the server because there is no response from GM, and the server contained bugs have caused me many losses. But before we left the server'm still here for help again.

I have four characters at my account, three of them, had 2.100.000,000 coins each.
One of them, my main character that i have login constantly no have problem, but the others i didn't connect more.
For my surprise, at 07/04/2015 i have connected again the three characters and the money disappeared.
Total disappeared 6.300.000,000 coins.

IM USING ACTIVE OTP.

So, what happened?
I am very disappointed.

Hello.

First, that shouldn't be posted under bug reports because you're not really reporting a bug.

Second, as you probably saw yourself.. you are not the only person that has this type of issue at the moment.
I think there's a chance that they're just busy with previous tickets.

First, coins that disappear are not a bug? I'm OTP active User...
Second, i'm a customer and i need response faster.
