Paypal Npoints not delivered

Hi all

i bought NPoints last Saturday via Paypal, its been one week now. i just returned to game.
it showed the transaction was successful and it will take 72 hours, but no transaction details are shown in my paypal and no money has been taken from my bank account

Can any gm help me on this

You need to have some patience, it's the weekend.
If someone will help you, it won't happen during weekend.

its been one week that is why i posted on forum
No i didnt submit a ticket i returned to game after 2 years. i dont have Npoints to submit ticket

u can't do anything without Npoints so they should make the payment agreement

can't send a ticket can't do my otp can't get in new servers ..sucks

me too tried 2 times and its been 9 days no npoints yet
cant even login to account coz i reinstalled otp need npoints to verify account and to get otp auth code again

Check your paypal logs. If no money have been sent from paypal to nttgame you can try again. The first time I had to try 3 times before it finally worked.

However if you see a transaction to nttgame you need to send a ticket.

I already tried four times,every time it showed transaction was successful but no payment details are shown in paypal account and no money deducted.
then i tried to buy Npoints for my other account and i got within 2 hours
