Is there any way to revise the support ticket layout so we can see if our tickets have even been looked at by a game representative?
Reason I am asking is that I have two open tickets (one for "missing coins" from 3/24 and one for "premium not received" from 3/28).
As a player, it's frustrating to not receive a reply or see a change in status such as "under review" on an open ticket. This opens the door for people to spam tickets or take their complaints to the forum ( yes, I realize I am doing that now but it has been over two weeks). Just food for thought.
