They said my hack is not covered by the restoration period and will not restore my stolen items. I am completely disappointed and they have lost future income from me as a result. No reason other than it wasn't during hacked times. BUNCH OF BS. 5 to 1 its an inside job. They cant even govern there own game or give any reason why we shouldnt get a restoration. How are you suppose to play the game when your naked? Start a new char waste 3 years of your life trying to get some crap items just to play. Its a joke and slap in the face. I can't believe I supported one of your kids through collage by wasting so much money on PUS. Yes I am very pissed. I have lost more to this stupid game then anything in my life. 1) My wife 2) Money 3) time its a fucking joke. I hope you take a look at what you do to people. How can you sleep at night?
