when I try the code which I get in the problem "SE3010", it's says me error The Authentication code is only contain numbers.

I did. but it's not the problem , the problem Predicted of reinstall the application and log again with OTP ID.
I tried to reinstall the application but it doesn't work, but after I "resend code" I get new Password then it worked.
