OTP application problem

I singed up with 3 accounts of my I charged already for two of them for 180days each account.
after I charged I received OTP ID & Auth Code, I sign up on my iPhone OTP ID & Auth Code and there no option to logout which mean I have two differents OTP ID and two differents Auth Code, on same phone. the problem is I can't log out from the first one.
the third account it's my brother's account I put my number instead his phone number, it's was my mistake.
for change number I should be register which mean I in trouble.
I tried to delete OTP and downloand it again but it's still on in the first account.

You mean that after you have removed the application and installed AnyOTP again it already had account in it?

iOS , "Well It's kinda works for me now, I tried another way.
when I Delete "AnyOTP" it's asking me Deleting "AnyOTP will also delete all of its data. like in any other games [application] when you deleting it, it's asking you if you want to save the "data" or delete. so after I click to Delete and no Cancel and I redownloand it then it's ask me for OTP ID & Auth Code. would be easier to people who use more than 1 account on thier phone."
