OTP Mobile Authentication Failed. SMS Doesn't come. Can you please help me?

Well in this case you may try to comment on your ticket.
Explain them that the update they made didn't fix for you anything, it might be something specifically with your account.

There is a high probability that earlier they had a problem in their website and they assumed this is the problem you had while you had something entirely different.

I noticed that i am not the only person with this

I do get the same error message as he does but
i get the SMS but im not able to type it in
( as in the theard explained )
Got this problem since 5 days and i try to get
my otp work again every day.
I can't enter the otp.nttgame.com site

But like before im not able to type that

i have similar issue.. i formatted my phone with my auth inside... OK my bad .
i removed the auth , and spend 20 npoints for invalid KOID and pass on my OTP . im out of of NPOints , and i don't play on buy any more as well.
So worst company ever ? yeah pretty much
