Hi this is another ACC but my character PPRREEEEEHHHHHH is hacked !

Hello support of Knight online,

Im Stefan and please help me out with this...

the 19th on march i was hacked the same day als Chalsea ( server: Carnac west )
Iff sended couple of times a email , but i notices nobody answers on that
and now i have sended a ticket but no respons atm..

Do i need to do something else or what is needed to get my acc back

Please let me talk to a admin or somekind to fix my acc

is you have send a ticket to the customer support the only thing you can do is wait
do not send multiple tickets
i hope you changed password if you where able to do so
you could also ask them to change you email
and if you lost items i hope you have send a ticket within like 7 days or something to get a restoration
if you didn't send a ticket within 7 days you probably won't see your items back

and you said that you first wrote an email?
where did you send an email to?
a ticket to the customer support is the only way to get something done eventho i can take time before you get an answer

Ive sended in the first weeks Emailes yeah , because i thought they worked that way + i didnt played this game a long time .. so i was forgotten about the CS ticket

anyway from 19-4 im trying to contact Knight online , Chelsea is helped within couple of days and i need to wait weeks or never get a ansdwer??


you say iff i didnt send a tickte within 7 days for my items .. i will lose them>>??? what is that for a action, iff THEY dont even answer my emails/tickets .. Very nice they will itself pass the 7 days so everything will expire .........

This is not a way to threat people here im hacked because of nothing.... ive sended all the information with the ticket like

my ip adres my acc/password , characters on it , items , my name , email , birthday
ive sended those information because my acc is anyway hacked so :S:S:S:

ive sended them cleaer information about it ..


I will BET they dont even answer me or help me :'(

you need to stop spamming on the forum
you can edit your post
if you have send a ticket within the 7 days they will look into it
if they reply later then the 7 days that doesn't mean you won't get your items
its only when you didn't send a ticket within that period of time
and you are not the only one that is still waiting
others that are hacked way before you are also waiting
you need to have patience
