I think Aky's point is that riemann will see you ticket number and you do not need to bump or post everyday waiting on a reply. riemann has to wait to hear something back and can not give you any answers until after that. Everyone wants help and thinks that they are the only person that deserves a reply. You will get a reply when the mods hear something, but not any sooner.
