I have a dragon box/punishment stick stuck on my charcter cant delete. I bought the ring and it came with it. Can you please give me the Dragons wings in exchange for it?
To open Dragon Wings+Punishment Stick you need meet NPC Warden Cabal at Discipline Dungeon (a.k.a the jail) there is no other way. Please write name of your character (not ID account) and server. Thanks.

NTTGame could do two options in this case.
1. Teleport you to DD, you'll be able to open the punishment stick + wings there and once you complete the quest you have there, you can simply leave DD and use the wings you got.
2. Delete this item, means you won't get the wings you paid for.
If I were you I would go with the first option, although it might be a bit frustrating that you'll have to complete this quest in order to leave DD..
Either way, you'll have to be patient till one of the GMs will look into your request.

Does DD take alot of time to complete?
If it's the first time your character is teleported to DD then I think it would take you about 30-40min to complete it.
