is there ANY HELP for HACKED ACCOUNTS???

I finally logged my account, I took time off from KO for a very long time and logged in thinking things were ok.... but my chars were reclogged in weird slots I would NEVER leave my characters!! Then hit town and looked at the clothing and items they were all gone I sent a SUPPORT TICKET with NO RESPONSE!!!!! I don't have OTP on this account since I am NEW back to KO again, but I had ICS on it. This is my very old account, with characters I play for rlb & adream only!

You have to submit ticket for hacked account: NTT portal=>hacked account.

I submitted the same thing for my priest and have gotten no response, Im very depressed as i left the game to save my marriage, which failed and now i cant even play the game she blamed i spent to much time on. It is menacing, disturbing, and fn tarded that you dont get a response.
