Where to buy NTT code via paypal ?

Hello, as im a new user i cant buy more than 20euro worth of cash from the PUS, so i was wondering if theres another way buying it via paypal ? the websites they have provided to buy kc codes will not accept paypal as a method of payment / topping up wallet. please can someone help me ? ? ?

I see problem, button "NEXT" is not there at NTT website. I will notify to tech support this issue. Meanwhile you please try to do by Power Up Store.

And also are you sure this will work, because i have 20euro restriction for the first month? this will not interfere with the restriction right ? thank you for the help
