So i have been out the last 28hours, time enough to you ask me 1 question in the ticket avbout my restoration and closed it cos i did not answer in 24h...
there is not sense on this all, i am waitting since september and now you close the ticket cos 24 hours i did not answers, the system is a big faill...
even when the answer on the ticket is on turkish, idk why yet..., well if you can chek it and reopen again it would be really supper, please don´t ask me to wait another half year sending 1 new more ticket...
