My account has been band for third party tool since 11/25/2014....I put in a support ticket and no one has even touched it..... 1. I was a moderator on another online game and have never nor will I ever cheat on a video game. 2. I have never been banned on any game for any type of illegal action. 3. I think it is stupid for someone to cheat on a video game to gain what? a bunch of pixels?
I would appreciate it if someone would look at my ticket and please unban me......
I really wanted to be on there when the 2 servers merged , hoping there would be more English speakers on the GAIA server.

I have never used a third party tool. I was mining outside the castle when I got disconnected.

I just want to play the game, I have soloed myself up to where I am as I only speak English so no one would party with me. I played the game years ago on CWest. I found the game again and just wanted to play it again.

well the only thing you could actualy do right now is sendint ticket to Customer Support or you can wait for next court and try there.

I did send in a ticket on 11/25/2014 as I stated and nothing has been done with it

Customer Service is really behind on tickets....So please be patient....some have been waiting for at least since August of this year for replies on tickets dued to their accounts being hacked.
