I was told to go use ticket support for my problem.
Another problem is that the support tickets have been down for more then 6 months ?
I dunno if I'm just doing it wrong but im 90% sure im not. Is this gunna be fixed anytime soon?
I sent a ticket 1month ago.. everything worked fine..
the only problem is , the CS doesn't really bother typing questions.
they just copy pasting same answer to every single person..
I think you should try sending that ticket from different account.
no you just need premium or npoints to send a ticket
cause they are very busy

I dont think i could get my problem fixed with a copy and pasted message though :S.
