    Why is it taking so long for players to have any answers on tickets that have been sent in....missluca has been waiting since Sept 13th/2014 for his ticket to be answered....I asked him yesterday to check on the status of his ticket and it is still opened.

    And Now My Ticket is closed and i check the game and nothing get back from the lose item
    can anyone tell me what is that means ?

    People complain about their tickets being closed don't repost ur ticket if its been closed, if its closed than it clearly means you didn't meet the requirements for your items/account being restored.. restart get OTP and it won't happen again!!

    When customer support answer your ticket, if you dont answer back system close tickets automatic. Probably people forgot check ticket some days, since they are tired to wait for answer and stop checking daily, as result system close it, is not like you said for all cases of ticket closed.

    i can help with that
    as i helped be4 some 1 got restored i told him:
    1>check ticket and game open at least every 48 hours don't forget check due to not closing ur ticket

    2>any kind of replay from cs to your ticket you found if it was asking any kind of info or payments orders or changing ur mail you must follow steps with exact thing they ask

    3>if all requirements they asked are done and ur ticket went pending give them another pm every 7 days at least asking about any update with ur restoration progress

    4>if they replayed ur last replay with massage say for example ''ur restoration is in progress please be patient.'' you must send that kind of replay after 2days saying ''ok i will do my best and will keep checking on ticket for any update ty for your concern''

    5>they will replay you telling you u keep checking and cs make sure to service and working on your restoration

    6>send them back say thank your for your concern and help and iam waiting

    they will go for like 15:20 days with no answer with open ticket mode
    in that case replay them say where is my restoration i am patient for so long time as what you asked !! so where is my items??
    (i just try to say never let the last replay from them for no automatic ticked closed system)
    you can use any kind of replay related with last replay mode.

    and it worked for some 1 i helped him in his ticked steps.

    The ticket responses are automatically closing the players tickets....This by no means tell the players that they have been denied....That's why when players were asked to post ticket number, server and the character's name, the GM's can be able to looked into the situation.....In some situations they have been asked to resend a ticket if the first one has been closed.
