Juraid Mountain Event issue (You carry sins on you.)

Dear Sir,
I have a problem. My character's problem is about Juraid Mountain bug. I can’t join Juraid Mountain event due to NPC error. The event NPC says like "you carry sins on you. You must clean sins before enter this event." I would like you to check my character and fix the error. Thank you for your consideration, best regards.

Are you sure you tried to join this event when it actually work?

This Event works twice a day,
First time - 6:40AM Game time
Second time - 9:40PM Game time

Please try again at the right time and keep us updated.

maybe you have a quest that is blocking you to enter

Well hello again, this problem happens whenever I try to click NPC even in the Juraid Mountain's event time. I do not have such a quest that disturbing this NPC.

First please check that you are above 70 level.

After, check your inventory if you have nation change submission item on you. if you have go to kaishan at moradon and deliver it.

Then check that whan your character was sent to dicipline dungeon last time and please inform here the date.

If not works uninstall and reinstall the game.
