0xE019100B error

for over a week now, ive had this error, sent in logs to xigncodes, 29 times and got 29 auto responses back saying the same thing, ive done all they recommend, still to no avail, ive searched the forums, the net, youtube, still not able to find out what is causing the problem. anyone on here had the same problem and was able to find the fault?

Sometimes trigger on false. I can suggest you restart your computer and run client launcher as administrator.
