Old Beramus player question about old account

Hey guys so i found out KO is back and better than ever. So before i go ahead a make a new account i wanted to ask about an old account i had with a crapload of stuff on beramus server. Sadly it got banned for no reason out of no where. I asked for a reason why i got banned when i sent CS tickets and they never were able to tell me and i eventually gave up. I really dont know why or how i got banned because i never cheated or anything. I played a frigging DCZ warrior and DCZ LR mage comonnnnnn. (maybe some would remember NumberOneStunna/ GiveEmDaSleepah) So yeah is it possible to regain that account? what should i do? thanks

Due technical limitations is not possible to recover accounts that were inactive before transition game owner (gamersfirst to NTT). Probably this it's your case...

Are you able login website? Or problem is only to client (game login) ?
