any Gms reading this forum? or the ticket I made?

well I posted here that am hacked, and send a ticket. yet no gms reply, really I want to play the game again.

at least I want to know if they will help me or not, not just waiting for weeks with no response.

Are you sure you sent it to the right department ?
Also, it might take them a while just keep an eye on your ticket and wait for a response.

I suggest on posting here the Ticket ID in case some GM will try to shorten the process and take a look into your ticket.
I think if its been two weeks already, then its too long.. unless you sent it to the wrong department.
