how long it take NTT support to reply?
Well I made a Tickets yesterday regarding my account been hacked, till today to one answer.
yhcan someone tell me how long it will take, so I don't check my Email 24/7 waiting for them.

It usually takes around 1week until they answer a ticket which is related to hacked accounts.
I know it might be a little bit pain in the ass to keep an eye on your email but for your own sake you better keep an eye on your email.
Even visiting your email once a day should be enough.

Actually it was supposed to get the response to all tickets within 48 hours at the beginning but as you may recognised, there is a restoration event which may caused a very heavy load @ CS side besides the other tickets, sent for ambiguous subjects.
Keep calm and make sure that you are gonna get a response. bt the deadline is unfortunately uncertain nowadays.

I put in a ticket on Sept 9. And my ticket is still open also. I know of 2 ppl who got replies so i guess they are getting around to it. hopefully we will hear something before September comes to a end.
