Endly... how not? i´ve been hacked.. of course each year again and again, the security problems are not solved.

What are the solutions now to hacked accounts?

The "babashopers" and "sellers" are not banned or punished... and this is the big problem. As far you let the babas buy items and sell on real money, we will be hacked...
idk why don´t you make something agains the hackers... some1 win money with hackers...
10 years playing here and you cannot stop the hack problem... wow wow wow!!! Must eb cos you don´t even try to solve this problem?

soultion was made half year ago it is called AnyOTPm and yet alot of users still didint instal it even if it is for free...

I´ve contacted with support by ticket, i´ve made step by step the things they say...
Anyway opt ics service doesn´t work 1 more time, i am proving each 2 or 3 days to register and activate this "super system" and allways faill...

Hi guys , im ciulibest from Atlantis server , last week in Monday day somebody hacked me .I send ticket but no answer yet , how many days need wait ?
This its crime: hackkers must punishment . I put in the public FBI page and they are very interesting about this . What its the NO 1 solutions ? let the GM and people who care this game for resolve or investigate whith FBI this case?

Yes there seems to be a rash of increase accounts hacked.....Practically everyday, a player I know in game is asking for help.....The only advice I can give to you is this....changed password immediately....contact customer service, keep all replies handy, in case they want to review ticket number.....I learned something the other day and shall past this to you....Even if you have the SMS/AITS in place this is not a security feature....You still have to get the ICS-OTP system too.....I think what the mods or GM's should do at this point, is to create a section on each server, that players who have been hacked , can post their ticket numbers if they are able to get help, instead of it being spread here and there.....This is just a thought....At least they can be able to deal a server at a time, probably a little faster.....And yes it can take time for a reply back from Customer Service, so please be patient.
