check my ticket. there it said whats going on. Also my other ticket about otp. I know is easy for you come here and show "how good are you doing your work".
but I cannot agree. I spend so many years here, and im not taking an answer like this. I take this like very disrespectfull for me.
I dont wanna argue here, please use your own customer support system to comunicate to me anything you want or what "it was my wrong or fault here".

I think I deserve that as customer of knight online.

I'm sorry, but I'm not trying to be rude here. You came to a public forum and stated that your account was breached even though it was secured by OTP. I took your comment seriously and looked into the breach of your account as well as your OTP status, but OTP was disabled on your account at the time it was breached. We're trying to help people secure their accounts and items and that kind of statement can be counterproductive. I have seized your items with the account that stole them.

I had windows error saying "OTP stop working". After fighting I've succeded to making it works.
