Hi, i want to report a bug when i tried to log in my account with the OTP, it kept saying it was a wrong code, so now my account is blocked, and when I try to reset account it says the phone i used in the first place to activate the account is not valid anymore, and i cant change the cellphone since it requires an active account, can u please help me to fix this, i send a ticket 10 days ago with no asnwer

post a ticket number that u sent about it 10 days ago, also provide server and main character name.

Also having the same problem.
I have tried to activate for the past week, It does not allow any passcode entered that I have received for activation.
I have reset 4 times and still it does not work,

I have just had my account hacked twice now within 2 weeks,
Both Passwords are 13 and 14 characters long, NO WAY THEY ARE JUST USING A password hacking Program.
I have 3 anti virus programs, there are no keyloggers on my Computers.
This time I was able to post the exact times the Hacker was in my account.
The Previous time I could only say he hacked within the last 6 hours, and it still took Customer support 2 weeks to reply.
