ICS Service Activation

Hello,

I registered for OTP half a year ago, and since then working very well with it. A couple of days ago i noticed on My Account Tab on site, that the ICS Service secion had 2 reb buttons, saying I don't have OTP service. I tried to activate them by entering my OTP pass, failed, then OTP ID, failed again. Is it important that they are red (as long as the OTP for game works)? I'd like to make them green but it seems either I don't know how, or I am entering the wrong stuff there. Could any1 please help ?
