Hi, I had problems with my pc to format it.
after formatting I downloaded again anyotp authanticator;
when I enter my id and 'AUTHCODE, it gives me this error:
"User authentication failed.
error information. Please contact customer service.
[SE3010]
Faile to certify authentication code. "
Can you help me understand what happened? and so must I do to fix it? At this moment I can not to log with my account, are already in place by 4 days, help me thanks.

p.s. I HAVE AUTHANTICATOR ON MY PC , i don't use phone for login.

You need a new code. Go to https://otp.nttgame.com/MyICS/service/resendAuthCode.

When you receive your code put the it should be like exemple ko34.... don't forget to put the ko with the numbers... It was stuck there.. after the fix otp bug
