Still waiting restoration since July 2012

Yes, Write ticket, I know. I did. Long ago. I wrote ticket 578636 on July 8th, 2012, same day that I got hacked 1-hour after FT.

I bought Premiums in January 2013, because of good news about Restoration coming and official announcement about that. And then, no restoration.

I waited after 2nd wave. Still nothing.

Many people in server hacked in August and later, after me, got restored (they said in game PM). Including they got +3 items back. So, what is the problem? I did everything asked for (including reply at old Piongu thread); I don't spam ticket every day, and waited patiently. I check inn and all characters, and nothing. 6 year loyal player, never shared, etc.

So far I don't hear about any english players restored. Is that the problem?

I never got any response at e-mail about denied or not for restoration.

I had same problem on Vallas. I was hacked about a month and a half ago and their reply was,,,, Sorry, we can not help you as your account was compromised before the transition. Well, I mean, what does that have to do with anything? If you buy a used car that comes with a warranty and a month later, while it is still under the warranty, something breaks, do they get to say well, sorry, that part was worn or damaged before we accepted the car from the other owner so you are out of luck? So, I just made a new account in the new db,, under NTT management.

Alyce,, no, what is fail is getting hacked in the first place. Servers should be more secure. Getting hacked and then told it is your own fault is a real slap in the face too.

Well April 30 has come and gone, and still no restorations. My most recent ticket 1306493 with all details and every question answered remains unanswered. At least, I can say, it is not closed.

I am 40+ years old. I do NOT and have NOT ever shared my account. I was NEVER careless with password or seal code or any login information. What more do I need to answer? Several Turk players claim they got restored; I am happy for them. I believe I gave all sufficient evidence as asked for, why need waiting over 9 months?

In the evening of July 8th, 2012, within 1 hour after attending the Blue Chest Forgotten Temple (60+ Level) event; I was hacked. This would be about 3-4am central Europe time (after midnight, so date would be July 9th). The hacker used a portion of my remaining 6000 NPoint to purchase an EXP Premium and unsealed all my items. I have NEVER shared my account, and most ESPECIALLY I have never shared my seal code to ANYONE, EVER.

My FIRST ticket about this issue was #578399 (from a friends account since I did not trust logging into forum from my now-hacked account). I sent another follow up ticket July 9th, 2012 (#578636) to include a summary of the missing items (because I did not know how to add information to existing tickets, or that capability wasn't working at that time). While waiting for a reply, I began to collect the screenshots of my items that I mentioned above. I SENT TICKET SAME DAY AS PROBLEM! NOT more than 1-week later.


ELABORATION

In my e-mail ( ************ ), I still have the letter sent May 11th, 2012 by K2 regarding the NTT transition, they said: "You can continue enjoying the game and all its features until May 12 at 8pm PST / May 13 at 04:00 GMT, at which point K2 Network will pause the game, and will perform a full database backup."

After this notification from K2, I was nervous about mistakes or problems during the transition. So on May 11th, 2012, I made screenshots of all my items at that time. FRAPS (the software I use for making screenshots) puts the timestamp of screenshots in the filename itself, so each file I have is clearly dated 2012-05-11 (May 11th, 2012). The link to these screenshots is below.

Prior to the transition, I changed my password with G1 on February 14th 2012 and April 26th 2012 (I know the date from my e-mail records, and as my typical habbit changing password about every 2 months). The NTT transition went smooth for me, and I did not notice any problems (except I recall some problem about shields were missing from all players, but this got resolved a few days later). We were happy to enjoy the new host. I had just finished my level 83 and decided to take a break for a few days; I had NPoints ready to buy another premium, but I was busy with work for a few days and was waiting until I had more free time before activating my next premium with the NPoints I had saved up.

A full link to these screenshots was included in follow-up ticket #584125; to include a more complete list (and screenshot) of all the missing items. Also included was a 2011 video during CSW showing my same items, to show that I had those items for more than 1 year. All the screenshot files are dated May 11th, 2012 (as explained above, those screenshots were taken prior to the NTT/K2 transition, since I thought the transition might have some problems). I have always trade all items in moradon over years (item+gb trades), they are not borrowed items. This is all explained in this ticket, #584125.

That ticket, and the original ticket, were both closed with the automated response about how getting hacked is the players fault. "YOU ARE ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD AND FOR ANY AND ALL ACTIVITIES (INCLUDING PURCHASES AND CHARGES, AS APPLICABLE) THAT ARE CONDUCTED THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT.”

I issued ticket #589860 to protest this reply, and explain further the details of how someone logged into my account and forced me to disconnected, and proceed to unseal my items. Each time I relogged, the client said "Account in Use", and so I had to quickly change my password to block this hacker; I was able to save 2-3 items. But lost at least 15 items, not including many hundreds of fragments and many GB.

Since I hadn't heard anything back from previous tickets, but heard rumors about other people being restored, I decided to issue another ticket: ticket #655051 and additional infomation in #657526 (including payment history). At the time, I was not able to successfully ADD formation to existing tickets, and could only issue another ticket and refer to the old ticket to add information. I got a reply to ticket #657526 asking various questions (about character

names, registration date, missing items, etc). I tried to ADD INFO and respond to the ticket. I was not certain if replying to the ticket to add information worked, since it had failed for me previously around that time. Therefore, to answer the questions, I also issued a new ticket #660538 or #677983. #657526 was closed under the impression they had not received the answers to the questions within 10 days, then #660538 was closed for being a repeat to an earlier ticket (which was not the intent, just I couldn't add information to ticket or I couldn't figure out how correctly, so I needed new ticket to answer the last one!). #677983 was closed with a generic statement: "We are sorry to say that we are unable to provide you with any further assist with the issue." And no elaboration.

As months went by, into August and September, we heard about more hacked accounts in the server and many old players quit. Then in December, we read the public notification about official restorations coming.

All my items are in-game traded at moradon. They are NOT borrowed. I am never buying/selling items, I only trade in moradon. I sell the PUS items in moradon, because I buy much Knight Cash, and I am playing Juraid for silver gems and

selling those also in-game.

I sealed my items after that video for protection. My clan JustWatch is help me get level 83 after much legal EXP over years. It is not a simple task, many party EXP in Bifrost and Dark Night (that is Mage clan). Here are

It would appear no matter how much proof you can provide, some accounts just won't get unblocked/restored... my clan on Xigenon has died a death so horrible that none of us really want to log in... we had 2 members hacked/blocked after the transition for no reason and one had everything he ever owned on the server sealed on the one account!! NTT blocked it and refused to unblock it even after EVERYTHING asked was provided!!

Now more than a year, and no word about restoration. We played nice and active and gave everything for helping community, then the result is a thief took everything within 15 minutes (EVEN SEALED ITEMS, WTF? Only GM can get that seal code), all which took 5+ years to collect. AND THEN this administration team did NOTHING for helping me. Even we expected at least +3 items returned as +2 to be OK, at least we could play a little. Now all the cheaters, probably friends of the thief, have the top items and we can not compete with that in PK. At least on Cypher, clearly we saw all the players that bought the items from resellers got restoration, but legal players were forgotten.

When some corrupt GM is using your seal code and taking your items, and the remaining GMs are doing nothing, it is very bad to see.
