after new client when i join game i found my characters gone...disappear
it was a priest lvl 80
its my main acc PLease the char's ... how i can slove it !?

you can send a ticket to the customer support
you need npoints or premium to send a ticket

you can buy npoints or use the free surveys on the website to gain npoints, but you have to be careful with those surveys
some people got in trouble cause of them
