So I decided to find a solution

Wanting to help your friend is a good thing, but I'm afraid there's not much to do other than wait for a reply on the ticket.
You can however post the ticket # and pray for a GM or Mod to pass it on to a GM :-)

If your friend sent a ticket only 2days ago, it might take some time until he'll get a answer on his ticket.
After all, they don't just see his ticket and then unblock him right away..

Also, if he wanted help from a GM he should of posted at offical forum his ticket number..
