    [GUIDE] How to Use Support System

    Dear All,

    As you know NTTGame support system has been developed for solving the player's problems and providing a better in-game experience by providing answers to all questions.

    There are several points to be noted in order to use the support system in a more efficient way, and you will find some clues in this thread.

    The most important thing to know is how to log in to the support system and send a CS ticket.

    Please read carefully.

    - Log in to support system: Visit the NTTGame web portal at and click on the SUPPORT link.

    This link will take you to the customer support main page:

    - News : You can read the latest news and updates related to the game:

    - Knowledgebase : You can find the answers to common issues in our database before sending your CS ticket:

    If you use keywords while searching the system, you may find a resolution to your issue more quickly.

    For example, if you would like to check topics about your password please type "password" in the search area.

    You may also use thetroubleshooter link.

    - How to send a customer support ticket: : Select the proper category and click the Send a Ticket link as shown below:

    For example, if you want to send a ticket about changing or moving your email please follow these steps:

    When you reach the Customer Support Ticket by clicking the Next button, please fill in the necessary information and send it:

    After this screen you will see your ticket number which you can use to follow up on your case. Please note it in a secure place.

    - How to check your ticket status: Click on the My Tickets link on the main screen.
