Regarding the 2nd question, are you sure that the same clan name was used in other servers before merge?
I guess that only in this situation the clan name change scroll was redistributed.

I have the same problem... Genie stops during attack (after 30 sec from start) which means that mob is attacking me but I am staying and only taking hits...
