Ticket still unassigned and character seal still not working.
I checked my ticket and it still shows as unassigned. Yes I realize that it is the weekend, I just hope this is resolved prior to my premium expiring.

I honestly was hoping that with the Halloween patch, this character seal would work. It still does not work.
Still nothing. The character seal has now been owned for over the 72 hour wait to trade time frame and is trade-able. The seal fails every time I try to use it.
