Im back to game after 2 years, but my number phone inactive (otp and account)

Please help my account.
I just wanna play back after 2 hours getting busy.
Yesterday im trying login and i forget in the last time when break this game, i dont change number phone for otp and account. And now this number have inactive so make me cant login. Im very confuse because admin not reply my ticket #YMC-317-49951.
Please somebody on admin help me for fix this.

hello, I have the same problem. Also it says in their ticket service they wont change any more phone numbers for their users who have this problem! so should we just stop to play the game or what?
