Regarding Paypal Npoints charge problem

I bought KC for 28$ and the transaction was pending for like 15 hours (havent ricieved any KC)
Now i have did the same operation and the transaction is not pending and i didnt recieved any KC
so the 2nd transaction is succesfull (had no time to check the card if the money were gone)
any welp pls ?

Actually if its posibile i would like to cancel them both and i will buy esn codes
(they dont have any up to 72h verification and etc. system)
