Account currently in use bug

I have a problem. I got disconnected as 300 times this week, but this time my account is bugged, saying The account is currently in use. When I click on disconnect previous connection it freezes, then does nothing. Can you help me out? I have premium and bought things from PUS now i can't even play (if i overlook this weeks dcs -.-) . can you debug my account?

+ My brother made account, and after 2 days it's still not usable to play.... What is the problem here? Its funny, so complicated to register, then all the time dc and all die and just not stable connections... I'm sure you get a lot of money, pay people to work for you.... I'm sure a lot of people know how to do things and would love to work for you..

It would be nice if someone of your crew take 1 min and answer... Noone cares for players here, you don't answer on discord, you close chats on discords... :O i found this unacceptable for nowadays MMO community... You must prepare big compensation for us!
