Phone does not recieve SMS code to open OTP
I am currently locked out of my account. I need to reinstall my OTP on my phone, however, when I attempt to log in at the https://otp.nttgame.com/ website it requests me to either enter the OTP code authentication or use the mobile authentication. Because I do not have OTP up and running, I must choose the mobile authentication option. This option is supposed to send a SMS to my phone number. I never receive this SMS code. Please help
