Hacked old account

Hello,
I used to play some years ago. I quit when my account was hacked and all the items were stolen (i think). When i try login today it says "Account with hacked items". The hacker changed the email and the password. I dont know what happened to the account after that.

Is there a chance i would get the account back? If its worth the energy/money on tickets?
