Hacked and unsolved tickets

Hello,
My char is hacked by someone that I don't know them. I curse this person. Hacked date is between 06.06.2017 time 23:30 and 07.06.2017 - 00:30.
I shared my hacked item list and all ESN codes at Turkish ticket. They cannot solve my problem. I don't understand that this char is mine and I have all information about it.
I wish you will care about this problem. I am so sad about hack.
